The Virginia Apprenticeship Alumni Association promotes registered apprenticeship in Virginia through education,
fund-raising, and scholarship opportunities. We want to be a positive force in promoting apprenticeship and a positive
voice in telling others about the value of the apprenticeship system in supporting an individual's growth and development, a
business organization's growth and profitability, and the Commonwealth's economic growth and workforce development.
The purpose of the association is to increase the popularity of our common interest -- registered apprenticeship.
We hope to add new members so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun when we are together and working
on projects. By developing relationships and friendships, this association will become even stronger.
Incorporation:
The Virginia Apprenticeship Alumni Association is incorporated with the Virginia State Corporation Commission;
its Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the State Corporation Commission on December 3, 2003. The Association
is a tax-exempt organization, as specified in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
